Your interaction with the platform is entirely via your blockchain wallet address, which is public and pseudonymous.

2. What We Do Collect

Though we don't collect personal data, we may collect:

• Wallet addresses (for rewards, referrals, governance)
• Transaction metadata (such as time, amount, and referral codes)
• Analytics data (via third-party tools, pseudonymously, for performance and usage insights)

CrypTin's on-chain operations are 100% cookie-free and do not use traditional tracking technologies.

Because of the nature of blockchain, your transaction history is public by design. We do not control or hide any on-chain data.

We do not store user data on centralized servers. All critical operations are handled by autonomous smart contracts, reducing the risk of centralized data breaches.

However, it is your sole responsibility to:

• Protect your wallet and private keys
• Use secure networks and browsers
• Avoid phishing or scam sites pretending to be CrypTin

7. No Data Sale or Sharing

CrypTin does not sell, rent, lease, or share user data — because we don't collect personally identifiable information to begin with.

Any data collected is used exclusively for platform improvement and integrity.

8. Community Participation

If you choose to join CrypTin's community through off-chain platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, DAO voting), those platforms may have their own privacy policies and terms of use.

We do not control or monitor these third-party platforms.

9. Compliance & User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your participation in CrypTin complies with your local laws
• You are of legal age and not restricted by jurisdiction
• You understand the public nature of blockchain data

CrypTin does not and cannot verify user identities or enforce privacy laws from jurisdictions where such participation is restricted.
